Enable Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn on Apps from Unknown Sources and Install Unknown Apps.

Install the Downloader App
Go to the search bar on your Firestick, type Downloader and install it from the Amazon App Store. It's free.

Download IPTV Smarters Pro
Open Downloader, enter code 59481 or the URL https://www.iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk and click Go. Wait for the download to finish.

Install the APK
Once downloaded, click Install → then Done. You can delete the APK file when prompted to free up space.

Add Your Subscription
Open IPTV Smarters Pro → Add New User → select Login with Xtream Codes API → enter the server URL, username and password we sent you by email.

Start Watching
Click Add User — your channels, movies and series will load. You're ready to stream!
Pro Tips
  • Use a VPN (e.g. ExpressVPN) for better privacy and to bypass ISP blocks.
  • Move the app to your home screen for faster access.
  • Ensure your internet speed is at least 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.

From the Firestick home screen, search for Downloader and install it from the Amazon App Store.

Download IBO Player APK
Open Downloader and enter the URL https://ibodesk.com/media.apk, click Go and wait for the download.

Install IBO Player
Once the download is complete, click Install → Done. Launch the app from your apps list.

Register Your Device
Note the Device ID and Device Key shown in the app. Visit the IBO Player website to register and link your subscription using those details.

Open your TV's App Store
Press the Smart Hub button (Samsung) or Home button (LG) on your remote to open the app store.

Search & Install
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro, select it and install.

Accept Terms
Open the app and accept the end-user licensing terms.

Enter Credentials
Enter the server URL, username and password from your ChannelRoots welcome email. Click Add User.

Start Streaming
The app will connect and load your channels. Browse live TV, movies and series.

Install Smart IPTV
Go to your TV's app store, search for Smart IPTV and install it.

Note your MAC Address
Open the app — you'll see your TV's MAC address displayed on screen. Write it down.

Activate via Website
On your phone or computer, visit the Smart IPTV website → My List → enter the MAC address → upload your M3U URL or Xtream Codes.

Restart the App
Restart Smart IPTV on your TV — your channels will now appear.

Install Flix IPTV
Go to your Smart TV's app store, search for Flix IPTV and install it.

Get Activation Code
Open the app → go to Activation → note the code shown.

Activate Online
Visit the Flix IPTV website on your phone/PC → enter the activation code → upload your M3U playlist URL or Xtream Codes.

Enjoy
Your channels will load automatically in the app. Start streaming!

Get Device ID & Key
Open IBO Player and note down the Device ID and Device Key shown on screen.

Register via Website
Visit the IBO Player website on your phone/PC, register your device using the Device ID and Key, then upload your M3U URL or Xtream Codes.

Start Watching
Return to the app on your TV — your subscription is now linked and channels will load.

Download VLC
Go to videolan.org and download VLC Media Player for Windows or macOS. Install it.

Open Network Stream
Open VLC → click Media (Windows) or File (Mac) → select Open Network Stream.

Enter M3U URL
Paste your M3U playlist URL from your ChannelRoots welcome email into the network URL field.

Play
Click Play — VLC will load the playlist and you can browse and watch all your channels.
Tip
  • You can also drag and drop the .m3u file directly into VLC if your provider sent you a downloadable file.
  • For a better experience on PC, consider using IPTV Smarters or Kodi with the IPTV Simple Client plugin.

Download IPTV Smarters
Visit iptvsmarters.com and download the Windows or Mac version. Install it.

Add New User
Open the app → Add New User → select Login with Xtream Codes API.

Enter Credentials
Enter your server URL, username and password from your ChannelRoots welcome email.

Portal Setup

Go to Settings
On your MAG Box home screen, navigate to Settings → System Settings.

Open Servers / Portals
Go to Servers → Portals.

Enter Portal URL
Enter the portal URL provided in your ChannelRoots welcome email into the Portal 1 URL field. Give it a name.
4
Save & Restart
Save the settings and restart your MAG Box. It will connect to the portal and load your channels automatically.

  • Your MAG Box MAC address may need to be registered — contact us if you experience any issues after setup.
  • Make sure your MAG Box is connected via Ethernet for best performance.
