If some channels are experiencing freezing, buffering, or intermittent interruptions, our expert engineers are continuously working to resolve them. Temporary issues may occur due to internet fluctuations, box/app/client configuration issues, ISP issues, server downtime, or routine updates/reboots.
Compensation for extended interruption:
